New Crusaders Workshop
Our New Crusaders Workshop will help assist registered incoming students in learning about CHS and strategies to help them be successful with their transition into high school. The workshops are interactive and allow the students to get to know one another. Our goal is to help students feel more comfortable and confident, so their first few weeks of school can feel less anxious. We want to help them become leaders among their peers so that they can help other new Crusaders as well. This is a free one-day workshop.
All sessions are from 8am-12pm. Choose one to attend.
- June: 14, 21, 28
- July: 12, 19, 26
We will cover topics relating to the school schedule, CHS expectations, and differences between middle and high school.
Families are asked to provide three preferred dates because space is limited per session. Please click here to sign up your student for the workshop.
If your student is sick or can no longer attend, please email Mrs. Finelli (firstname.lastname@example.org) so your student can be removed from the roster. If you would like to reschedule for a different date, please include which date you would like to attend.
What to Bring
Students are encouraged to bring something to write with, a water bottle, a snack, and a positive attitude. Notebooks and paper will be provided.
The purpose of the New Crusader Workshop is to help new Crusaders get more comfortable with CHS prior to the school year. It is a great way for them to meet other students and learn about the school schedule, CHS expectations, and differences between middle and high school.
