    All payments begin in May, 2019. Monthly payments end in April, 2020.  All tuition and fees for the 2019-2020 school year must be paid in full by April 10, 2020. Personal or company checks will not be accepted after April 1, 2020.  Payments made after this date must be in the form of cash, cashier's check or money order.

    At any time during the school year, if the tuition and fee payment becomes delinquent by more than one month, the student(s) will not be allowed to attend school or to take mid-term or final exams until payments become current. Additionally, the family will be required to establish a FACTS automatic payment plan. Delinquent is defined as not making a payment by the tenth of the month in which payment is due.

    If a student withdraws from school prior to the beginning of the school year, two months of tuition is non-refundable. If a student withdraws from school once classes have begun, tuition up to and including the quarter in which the student withdraws is non-refundable. Prior to the beginning of the school year, if two month's tuition is not paid, the student's registration at CHS is automatically terminated and this student's position may be relinquished to another student.
     

    STUDENT LAPTOP LEASE FEE

    All students must enter a lease-to-purchase agreement with CHS in order to acquire a school-assigned MacBook.  The lease fee is for 48 months and is paid in conjunction with the tuition payment schedule selected by the parent, all of which begin in May, 2018.

    Class of 2020:  $52/month *

    Class of 2021:  $59/month *

    Class of 2022:  $61/month *
     
    Class of 2023:  $58/month*

    * Insurance included in lease fee


    ANNUAL FEES


    Class Dues: vary with grade level

    PTA Dues: $20.00 per family

    Athletic Fee: Families with athletes must assume responsibility for buying/selling one Booster Club Raffle ticket @ $100 for each sport in which the student participates (limit 3) OR the amount will be added to the tuition (see Parent/Student Handbook for details).

    Retreat Fee: varies with grade level

    Registration Fee (non-refundable) for Returning 10th-12th Graders:

    Until January 25, 2019 $ 125
    After January 25, 2019 $ 175

    Registration Fee (non-refundable) for Incoming Ninth Graders:

    Until January 26, 2019 $ 175
    After January 26, 2019 $ 225

    Standardized Testing Fee:  Grade 9 - $25; Grade 10 & 11 - $30; Grade 12 - $13

    Graduation Fee:  $200, due April, 2020

    Adapative Education Fee:  $50-$400 depending on level of support


    PLEASE NOTE: Financial aid is available. Please follow the links to the left for information on the tuition assistance and laptop assistance programs. Parents must submit all necessary forms by March 1, 2019. Tuition assistance and laptop assistance is granted for one year at a time.  Families must re-apply annually in order to qualify for financial aid.
