  • Sports physicals are required by the FHSAA and are good for 365 days. They must be completed on a FHSAA Physical Form. This Physical Form must be filled out and signed by a parent in advance of the physical. For more information about Athletic Eligibility, or to obtain the necessary forms, please contact the Athletic Director.

From the Athletic Director

  • For over 50 years, Pensacola Catholic High School has participated in high school athletics and has been a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). The athletic program at Catholic High School has become one of the most well respected and successful programs in the State of Florida. Catholic High is one of a few schools in the State of Florida that has won not only state championships but also been awarded by FHSAA the Floyd E. Lay Award for best athletic program overall and the Fred E. Rozelle Award for best display of Sportsmanship.

Catholic High School believes that a well-rounded education should include ample opportunities for participation in team sports. Catholic High's athletic program instills values of leadership, good judgment, maturity, sportsmanship, self image, and spirit.

Catholic High fields 21 varsity teams and has won many district, regional, and state championships since 1957. Many Catholic High student-athletes have received college scholarships and some have gone on to play professionally.
