| Communication |
Pensacola Catholic High School believes communication is an important part of being a family. For this reason, Catholic High describes our vehicles of communication below to both inform and enhance involvement for our Catholic High Family members. Depending on the nature of the message and its urgency, a variety of vehicles will be used to reach out.
Mailings and E-mail
Whether you’re an alum, parent, or friend of Catholic High, be sure to update your information if you are not already receiving mail or e-mail from CHS. Our periodic mailings include CHS ConnectionsCHS Messenger directed to parents. In addition, the annual report is sent out every year. These mail outs are meant to keep our Catholic High family in the loop by informing them of upcoming events, recent news, and celebrating the successes of our students as well as our beloved school. E-mail has a similar purpose, but often has the advantage of being more concise and specific information. To update your information, please visit the following links: Alumni Information Update or Parent Information Update.
Phone and Text
SchoolReach is a new system Catholic High is using to send time-sensitive reminders by telephone. PTA reminders, picture day reminders, or school closings for hurricanes are just a few ways the messaging will be used. Phone and text messaging will only be sent to current CHS parents. Due to the nature of the messages, parents are encouraged to keep their contact information updated by visiting our update information link. A letter to our parents with the details regarding SchoolReach can be found below.
Website
The Catholic High website is the hub of all things Crusader. Our website is an efficient way to look up important dates on the calendar, update your contact information, locate a file electronically, look up athletic schedules, browse photos, or view recent school news. If at any time you have trouble locating information on our web page, please contact the technology coordinator.
Social Media
Facebook is a living and breathing part of our Crusader identity. It is a place we can share thoughts, sports updates, and photos as a Catholic High community. Our social media policy is laid out in the link below. We encourage everyone to Fan Us on Facebook, and look forward to hearing from you on our wall!
